The Office of Proctor plays a vital role in the administrative framework of BMU. Our responsibilities include:

Our Core Responsibilities include:

• Campus Security & Vigilance: Monitoring the university and hospital premises to ensure a peaceful environment for learning and healthcare delivery.
• Student Conduct & Discipline: Ensuring adherence to the University’s code of conduct and addressing any breaches of discipline with fairness and transparency.
• Anti-Ragging & Harassment Prevention: Maintaining a Zero-Tolerance Policy towards ragging, bullying, or any form of harassment to protect the well-being of our residents and students.
• Conflict Resolution: Acting as a liaison between students and the administration to resolve grievances and maintain campus harmony.
• Event Oversight: Coordinating security and discipline during university examinations, seminars, and formal ceremonies.
• Traffic & Entry Management: Regulating movement within the campus to ensure smooth access for emergency medical services and academic activities.
