SPOT QUOTATION NOTICE

For the fiscal year 2026–2027, spot quotations are hereby invited from genuine manufacturers or authorized agents for the supply of the materials mentioned below for the Department of Radiology & Imaging.

The spot quotation must be submitted in person to the undersigned at the office by 10:30 AM on 27 October 2026.

Terms and Conditions:

1. The authority reserves the right to accept or reject any quotation without assigning any reason.

2. The authority is not bound to accept the lowest quotation.

3. The quantity of materials may be increased or decreased according to the requirements of the department.

4. Government VAT and taxes shall be deducted from the supplied materials as applicable.

5. Quotations must be submitted inclusive of VAT and taxes in accordance with government rules and regulations.

6. A copy of the valid Trade License must be submitted along with the quotation.

7. The supply order will be issued for the materials in phases, as required by the department.
